Each of our Clinic locations are open from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Most locations stay open until 07:00 p.m., on Tuesdays, in order to serve you with a later evening option.
We provide a "REQUEST FOR APPOINTMENT" form for Dental Patients and a real time "LIVE" scheduling option for our Medical Patients. Urgent healthcare concerns may be addressed after hours by calling 417.782.6200. After hours calls are handled by a messenger service, who will relay your contact information to our "on call" healthcare provider. We further ask you to request dental appointments, at least one week from today. If you have not received a telephone call OR e-mail, about your appointment request, please call the Clinic.
