Our Board of Directors
The legal name of our company is "Ozark Tri-County Healthcare Consortium". We do business as, "Access Family Care Medical & Dental Clinics". Our operations are overseen by a Board of Directors. The Board is unique in that it must be at least 51% comprised of our patients. The patient mix, to our Board, allows for insight into how we serve our communities.

Kelly spent eight years as the president of the Southwest Missouri Chapter of MPBA. She and her husband Larry have been farming locally their entire lives. Kelly also serves as the head of the kitchen committee at Wheaton Southern Baptist Church.
Neosho resident. She is active in her Church, 4-H, English Language Learners / Adult Literacy Learner volunteer tutoring, hospice, & Teen Challenge of the 4-States. She has a Degree in Education and teaches within the Neosho School District. Along with her husband, Greg, she has four children, Joseph, Caleb, Daniel, & Joanna.
Attended Arkansas State University, majoring in Business Administration/Secretarial Science. She was a Founding Board Member of Ozark Tri-County Healthcare Consortium, which does business as ACCESS Family Care. Previous Director of the Newton County, Mo. Health Department, where she worked for 25 years. She is now retired. Involved with Missouri Public Health Association, Missouri Human Development Advisory Committee, Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, & SW Missouri Community Alliance.
Cynthia has her Masters of Public Health from Walden University. She has been involved in hospital administration since 1992. She has served as the Director of Quality Management as well as Risk Management. Cynthia ha also been involved with state bioterrorism projects after the events of 9/11

Sheila Long has a made a professional career of serving organizations with sound financial leadership.
Hillary is an established HR Professional with over 21 years of experience. She received her BSBA from Missouri Southern State University and a MBA from William Woods University. Hillary has obtained two certifications, SHRM-SCP and FASPR. Hillary enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their rescue dogs.
Don McBride has served as CEO of ACCESS since 2006. Prior to his service at ACCESS, Don directed two federal migrant education grants for Crowder College, was an educator with the Missouri Migrant Education Program, & taught English & Spanish at Purdy & Neosho schools. He & his wife pastor a Hispanic congregation on the Neosho square. He enjoys bicycling & travel.

Joseph E. Lutes ID, RN, BSN, NP-C, received his Associate in Nursing Degree, from Crowder College, in Neosho, Missouri; where he graduated with Honors. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree, from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, Missouri, where he also graduated with Honors. He obtained his Master of Science in Nursing / Nurse Practitioner Degree from a cooperative program between Missouri Southern State University and University of Missouri - Kansas City.
Kala Smith, DMD, graduated from the University of Tennessee - Martin, with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. After moving to Southwest Missouri she became a beacon of Servant Leadership with her volunteer activities. At Watered Gardens, in Joplin, she worked with the Homeless population. At The Community Clinic of Joplin, she volunteered as a Dentist. She has volunteered with International Students
Richard Metsker, RN MSN FNP-C, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, Missouri, with an Associate of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He went on to earn his Master of Science / Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
Tina Reeves, RN, MSN, WHNP, graduated from Crowder College, Neosho, Missouri, with an Associate of Science in Nursing Degree. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She earned her Master's of Science in Women's Health / Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
Sarah West, RDH, graduated from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, Missouri, with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. She has served a term as President of the Joplin Dental Hygiene Association and as a Board of Trustee Member with the Missouri Dental Hygiene Association.
Stephanie Melot, RDH, graduated from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, Missouri, with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. She volunteered with the Missouri Mission of Mercy, in St. Louis in 2013.
Tammie Aiken, RDH, is a native of Carthage, Missouri, where she graduated High School. She then graduated from Missouri Southern State University with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has volunteered in the Jasper, Missouri and Joplin, Missouri Schools. In addition, she has volunteered her services at the Community Clinic, in Joplin.
Dr. Englund is board certified through the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics & Gynecology and a Fellow American College of Osteopathic OB/GYN (F.A.C.O.G.). He has been providing OB/GYN services for more than 32 years. Almost 30 years of his practice has served patients in Joplin, MO and surrounding communities.
Brian Basham, M.D. was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He attended Wichita High School Southeast, in Wichita, Kansas. After High School, he graduated with Honors from Emporia State University and The University of Kansas School of Medicine. Diplomate American Board of Family Medicine from 2003 to 2013.
Enrico Esguerra, M.D, graduated with a Bachelor Degree from the University of Illinois - Champaign / Urbana. He graduated Medical School at UERMMMC in Quezon City, Philippines. Dr. Esguerra completed his internship at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa and his residency at the University of Oklahoma, in Tulsa. He has been active in St. Mary's Church, Joplin, Missouri, and with the Knights of Columbus, also in Joplin.
Sabrina Barratt, FNP, graduated from Crowder College, in Neosho, Missouri, with her Associate in Nursing Degree. She then obtained her Bachelor of Science Nursing from Chamberlain School of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri. She then obtained her Master of Science Nursing from Graceland, University Independence Missouri
Julie Stapp RN, FNP, graduated from Franklin Technical School, Joplin, Missouri, with her License Practical Nurse Degree. Later, she graduated from Missouri Southern State University with an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She went on to obtain her Master of Science / Nurse Practitioner Degree in Nursing from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Having strong roots in Barry County, she has been a Nurse in Southwest Missouri for well over 30 years.
Kristin Green, DDS, graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. She Graduated with Special Distinction.
Morgan DuMond, DDS, grew up in McDonald County, Missouri. She was Valedictorian as she graduated from McDonald County High School, in Anderson. She went on to Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors - Summa Cum Laude. She then obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry.
Alyson Stout, RDH, graduated from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has volunteered to serve her community during times of crisis by helping Neosho residents after a tornado struck in 2008 and the people of Joplin after the catastrophic 2011 tornado.
Savannah Weber, RDH, graduated from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. She volunteered with the Missouri Mission of Mercy, in St. Louis in 2014.
Melissa Johnston, FNP, obtained her Bachelor of Science Nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She then obtained her Master of Science Nursing, FNP, from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. She also served in the US Army and is a Gulf War Veteran.

Primarily we focus on Vernon, Barton, Jasper, Newton, McDonald, Barry, and Lawrence Counties.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we serve all people, but with a focus on the undeserved in our region. We accept most private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and self pay patients.
